Alona Cohen started their work experience in 2015 with the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as an NCO of casualties. Their responsibilities included managing the relationship between the IDF and bereaved families and providing support in cases of wounded or deceased soldiers.
In 2018, Alona joined Neviot as a Customer Care Professional. Alona worked in this role until 2019, providing exceptional customer service.
Alona then worked at Campus Pass Ltd as a Customer Success Manager from January 2020 to June 2020. In this position, they ensured customer satisfaction and managed relationships with clients.
From June 2020 to March 2022, Alona served as an Administrator at ENERPOINT. Their responsibilities included administrative tasks and supporting the company's operations.
In 2022, Alona worked at Peilim Portfolio Management as a Back Office Employee. Alona held this position from April to December 2022.
Currently, Alona is working as a Project Manager at DataMap G.I.S Group, starting in March 2023.
Alona Cohen obtained a Licentiate degree in Hydrotherapy from The Zinman College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the Wingate Institute, which they completed from 2020 to 2021. Prior to this, they earned a Diploma in English Language and Literature, General from St Giles School in New York, which they completed from 2017 to 2018.
