Karen Tepichin

Karen Tepichin is the General Counsel at Ginkgo Bioworks. Karen was previously a Partner at Foley Hoag LLP, where they advised public and private companies in the life sciences and technology industries in strategic transactions, focusing on licensing and collaboration arrangements, option agreements, material transfers, research agreements and supply and distribution agreements.
