Yasamin Jodat

Yasamin Aliashrafi Jodat is a skilled engineer and researcher with extensive experience in bioengineering and automation. Currently serving as the Automation Mammalian Applications Team Lead and Sr Automation Engineer at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. since November 2019, Yasamin has previously held roles such as Sr Automation Engineer and Automation Engineer III. Additionally, Yasamin has been a Research Collaborator and Doctoral Research Trainee at Brigham and Women's Hospital since August 2017, and managed research projects as a Project Manager at Harvard Medical School from August 2017 to November 2019. Educationally, Yasamin holds a PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from both Harvard Medical School and Stevens Institute of Technology, along with a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
