Ela Dukaj is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data analytics and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at Eraneos - powered by Ginkgo since October 2022, Ela leads data analytics projects and translates business needs into technical requirements. Previously, Ela worked at Veeva Systems as a Life Sciences Data Expert, where responsibilities included product data quality, generating insights, and maintaining data models. Ela's career began at GFS Research, managing survey research projects, and includes experience as a lecturer at various institutions, covering topics such as database systems, programming, and web technologies. Ela holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Tirana, along with specialization in cybersecurity from Dekra Akademie GmbH.
