Senior Financial Economist at Ginnie Mae

Dale Kintzel, FRM, has extensive work experience in the field of financial economics and research. Dale started their career in 2004 at the Social Security Administration, where they served as a Financial Economist. In this role, they focused on asset allocation, scenario analysis, and sustainable income withdrawals. Dale also developed a Monte-Carlo model to assess ruin probabilities and their impact on individuals' investments. Additionally, they conducted economic analysis to estimate parameters for the valuation of the Social Security Trust Fund assets.

In 2020, Dale joined Ginnie Mae as a Senior Financial Economist. In this position, they are responsible for planning and conducting complex financial and economic research projects.
