Nicky Rojo

Nicky Rojo is currently the Art Director at Giphy. Prior to that, they were self-employed as a freelance illustrator and animator from August 2016 to March 2017. Before that, they worked as a clean-up animator at HotHouse Productions from November 2015 to February 2016. They also worked as a storyboard artist at ShadowMachine from July 2015 to September 2015, and as a SHORTS team member and GIF team member at FOX Animation Domination High Definition from September 2014 to July 2015. Additionally, they have interned at Cartoon Network from September 2012 to December 2012.

Nicky Rojo's educational career began with a Bachelor's Degree in Character Animation from the California Institute of the Arts. Afterward, Rojo attended Palomar College.

Nicky Rojo reports to Sadie Novello, Chief Content Officer. Nicky Rojo works with Yael Elmatad - VP of Insights, Simon Gibson - VP of Audience, and Alix Mcalpine - Creative Strategy Director.
