Kimberly Roberts has a solid background in Human Resources, with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Kimberly began their career as an Employment Consultant at CVGT in 2011 and later joined McCain Foods as a Human Resources Graduate in 2012. Kimberly then progressed to the role of Human Resources Officer and later became a Human Resources Advisor at McCain Foods. In 2016, Kimberly joined Latrobe Regional Hospital as a Human Resources Advisor and later became a Senior Human Resources Advisor. Kimberly further expanded their experience at Gippsland Health Alliance as an EMRCH Project Change Manager. In 2020, they moved to Yarram & District Health Service as a People & Culture Manager. Most recently, Kimberly has been working at Gippsland Southern Health Service, first as a People and Culture Manager and currently holds the position of Director People & Culture.

Kimberly Roberts has a diverse education history in the field of Human Resource Management.
