Leslie Anselme

Leslie Anselme has a diverse range of work experience. Beginning in 2013, they worked as a Project Manager for The Shirley Chisholm Project on Brooklyn Women's Activism until 2016. From 2014 to 2018, Leslie served as a Store Manager for T2 Tea. In 2018, Leslie joined EF Education First and held various roles, including Benefits & HR Administrator from 2018 to 2019, People and Data Specialist from 2019 to 2020, and Program Manager for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in EF North America from 2020 to 2022. Starting in 2019, Leslie also became an #IamRemarkable Facilitator, hosting workshops and advocating for the initiative. Currently, Leslie is the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Racial Justice for Girl Scouts of Eastern MA, starting in September 2022.

Leslie Anselme has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources. They obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Analytics and Management from American University. Prior to that, Leslie completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Women's and Gender Studies at Brooklyn College.

In addition to their degree qualifications, Leslie has also pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the HR field.
