Chief Girl Experience Officer at Girl Scouts of North East Ohio

Fallon Pulley has extensive experience working with the Girl Scouts of North East Ohio organization. Fallon began their career with the organization in 2007 as a Program Specialist, where they developed and implemented new programs focused on the girl leadership experience. Fallon then served as a Membership, Volunteer, Program Specialist, where they recruited and trained volunteers based on their qualifications and performance. Fallon later worked as a Program Coordinator, Manager of Girl Experience, and Director of Girl Experience, overseeing program implementation, developing partnerships, and designing comprehensive program plans. Fallon currently holds the position of Chief Girl Experience Officer, where they continue to contribute to the development and assessment of council program opportunities. Prior to their time with the Girl Scouts, Fallon worked as a Program Assistant with the Girl Scouts of Lake Erie Council and as an Assistant Program Coordinator at Wright State University's Discovery Days Day Camp. Fallon also gained experience as a Volunteer Coordinator Intern with the American Diabetes Association.

Fallon Pulley completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Studies/Affairs with a concentration in Urban Affairs w/ Community Development at Wright State University from 2001 to 2006. They also obtained additional certifications, including a Non-Profit Management certification from American Humanics in 2006 and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
