Debbie Roling

Debbie serves as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, working with GSNETX teams responsible for finance, customer care, human resources, product sales programs, retail and service center properties.

Before joining Girl Scouts, Debbie held various business development, accounting, planning, and audit roles at YUM Brands and LG&E Energy.

Debbie has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from the University of Louisville.  She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.  Debbie was honored as non-profit CFO of the year in 2015 by the Dallas Business Journal.

Debbie serves as a council member on the GSUSA Technology Strategy Steering Committee, Retail Advisory Group, and CFO Advisory Team.
