Celia Valles has a wealth of experience in leadership roles, having served as the Membership Manager/Team Leader at the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council, Secretary at LULAC, and President at Hispanic Women In Leadership. Celia is an alumna of the University of St. Thomas (TX) and has also completed the NHPO Leadership Institute.
