Meagan most recently served as the Mission Delivery Director & Regional Executive at Girl Scouts of the USA, where they provided strategic leadership and direction for staff, operations, and programs serving U.S. military installations and expatriate communities in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Advancement Officer at K9s For Warriors, where they spearheaded fundraising strategies and increased organizational revenue by 49.5%. Meagan also worked as a Senior Regional Development Manager at Operation Homefront, where they managed fundraising activities in multiple states through cause marketing campaigns, sponsorships, special events, and grant writing. Earlier in their career, Meagan held various fundraising and marketing positions at organizations such as the American Heart Association, United Way, Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra, Grand Rapids Symphony, and Mariane Inc. Meagan has consistently achieved impressive results in revenue generation and team management throughout their career.
Meagan Burton holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas. Meagan also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business - Music Industry Management from Ferris State University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies.
