Silvia C.

Silvia C. is currently serving as the Facilitator for Community Programs at Girl Scouts of the USA since September 2024. Prior to this role, Silvia worked at Hello Alpha as Patient Support from January 2023 to August 2024, and at Perry Health from February 2022 to June 2023 as the Member Experience Team Lead, responsible for performance management and strategic planning. Silvia's experience includes establishing the Mental Health Navigator role at Eden Health and managing operational support requests, as well as serving as a Program Coordinator at NYU Langone Health, where duties included updating data to reduce hospital readmission rates and facilitating various events. Silvia began a career in healthcare administration as a Senior Secretary in the Skin and Cancer Unit, following the completion of a Healthcare Management degree at New York University in 2013.
