Nishi Patel

Nishi Patel has a diverse range of work experience. Nishi currently serves as the Director of Research at The World We Once Knew since 2023. In the same year, they were chosen as Vice President of KIS Girls in STEM, where they assist the president and organizes regular meetings. Nishi also co-founded the Astronomy Club at Kodaikanal International School and serves as its Vice President, teaching members about various aspects of astronomy and organizing trips to the observatory. Additionally, they are the Vice President of the Literature Club, responsible for handling finances and leading club members in weekly meetings and book discussions.

Nishi has also been a member of the Junior Academy and the 1000 girls 1000 futures program at The New York Academy of Sciences since 2022. Nishi has interned at the Kodaikanal Solar Observatory in 2023 and at NISYS in 2022. Nishi is pursuing the International Baccalaureate Diploma since 2020.

Furthermore, they were selected as a member of the Science National Honor Society and led the essay writing component of an interschool science competition within Kodaikanal. In 2022, Nishi attended the MUN Summer Camp organized by bestdelegate. Lastly, they worked as a Fashion Designer at MDH, where they designed clothes and motifs and achieved the highest grade in class.

Nishi Patel attended Fountainhead School starting in 2023. Their education at this institution is ongoing.
