Courtney Taylor-El

Courtney Taylor-El has a strong background in youth development programs and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Courtney recently served as the Associate Vice President of Program Services at Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas, where they led high-quality youth development programs targeted at girls in the Dallas community. Courtney oversaw a team of Program Managers, Coordinators, and Facilitators and managed the internal cultural committee to promote positive connectivity among team members. Prior to that, they were the Director of Special Programs and Recruitment at Girls Inc., where they oversaw specialized programs and was responsible for recruitment and volunteer management.

Before joining Girls Inc., Courtney was the Campus Manager at Kids-University, where they were responsible for leading a youth service program for girls in Dallas County. Courtney also served as the Director of Program Quality at Kids-University, where they coordinated program quality across multiple afterschool sites and provided academic support to over 200 youth.

Earlier in their career, Courtney worked at Dallas Afterschool as a Quality Advisor, collaborating with program partners to achieve improvement goals and leading training events for afterschool program staff. Courtney also held positions at Boys & Girls Clubs of Arlington and Boys & Girls Clubs of York County, where they managed branch operations and developed character and leadership programs for teens.

Courtney Taylor-El, RSM earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Winthrop University in 2013. In 2017, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at The University of Texas at Arlington.
