Gaby Frias

Gaby F. is an experienced curriculum developer and cybersecurity professional, currently working at Girls Who Code since April 2022, where Gaby designs and updates curriculum content that impacts over 100,000 students. Previously, Gaby served as a Cybersecurity Analyst at CyZen, enhancing incident response protocols and operational efficiency, and worked as a Technical Design and Instruction Consultant at Per Scholas, developing tailored computer science curricula for diverse learners. Gaby's experience also includes roles as a Specialist at Apple, where exceptional customer service was provided, and teaching positions including Middle School English Head Teacher and ELA Teacher in the NYC Department of Education. Gaby holds a Master’s degree in Adolescent Education from St. John's University, a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp, and cybersecurity certifications from Per Scholas, along with a Bachelor's degree in English-Creative Writing from Hamilton College.
