Szilvia Jordanics has extensive work experience in various roles within the banking sector.

Szilvia worked at GIRO Zrt. as a Project Office Leader, where they led a small team of Project Managers and was responsible for standardizing project delivery within the organization. Szilvia focused on quality assurance, simplification, planning, structured thinking, and clear communication with stakeholders and senior management. Szilvia also worked as a Project Manager at GIRO Zrt., where they handled projects such as the replacement of a registration and document handling system, the preparation of a central fraud monitoring system, and the analysis of implementing the Sepa Credit Transfer Instant solution in the Hungarian market.

Prior to their time at GIRO Zrt., they worked at Budapest Bank Zrt. as a Business Analyst Team Leader, leading a team of Business Analysts and providing resources to support the bank's project portfolio. Szilvia also worked as a Senior Business Analyst, where they delivered projects such as Instant Payment, and as a Business Analyst, where they delivered the Loan on Card project. Szilvia started their career at Budapest Bank as a Junior Business Analyst, working on projects such as the Commission Registration System. Szilvia also worked as an Associate in Operations Control.

Szilvia briefly worked at K&H Csoport as a Bankcard Fraud Manager and at ING in roles such as Associate in Treasury Back Office and Customer Support Associate. Szilvia started their career at Postabank Rt. as an Associate in Corporate Account Management.
