Tamas Wolcz

Tamas Wolcz has had a diverse work experience in various positions. Tamas started their career at CIB Bank Zrt. in 2007, where they worked as a Card Customer Support until 2012. From there, they joined PayU as a CS Specialist, responsible for identifying fraudulent credit card transactions and monitoring online transactions. Tamas also took on the role of Fraud Monitoring and Financial Analyst at PayU, where they handled card fraud prevention, collaborated with acquiring banks and online merchants, and supported accounting audits.

In 2016, Tamas joined Harvey Nichols as a System Administrator until 2017. Tamas then moved to GIRO Zrt. and worked as a Business Analyst, Business Lead for various projects such as GIROPay (RTP Gateway), GIROFix, and Mobil Pay. During their time at GIRO Zrt., Tamas also worked as a Business Lead for the European Payments Council's (EPC) Scheme Evolution and Maintenance Standards Task Force.

Tamas Wolcz obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Technical Management from Obuda University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition, they completed PCI Awareness Training at PayU in November 2013.
