Irena Surauciene

Irena Surauciene is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and legal consultancy. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Girteka Group since January 2022, Irena leads a team of eight specialists, develops candidate attraction strategies, and collaborates with various partners to identify hiring needs. Previous roles include Senior Recruiter at Stafferty Lithuania and Director at UAB "StudioRo," where Irena successfully established a profitable company from inception. Earlier experience includes a legal role at MV GROUP, managing contract preparation and representation in court, along with advising on compliance and staff selection. Irena holds a Master's degree in International Law and Legal Studies and an MBA from Vilnius University, as well as certification in Hogan Assessments.
