Jody Gilcrist has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. They started their career in 1988 as a Clerk at Mutual of Omaha and worked their way up through various positions in the company, including Data Entry and Claims Examiner roles. At Mutual of Omaha, they gained experience in processing individual and group claims, assisting customers with policy queries, and training new associates. In 2001, Jody joined Coventry Health Care, an Aetna Company as an Appeal Coordinator, where they handled grievance appeals and ensured compliance with regulations. They then joined TD Ameritrade in 2006 as an HR Service Center Representative and later held roles such as HR Specialist, HR Analyst, and Supervisor of the HR Service Center. At TD Ameritrade, Jody provided assistance and support to employees in various HR matters, including benefits and policies. In 2015, Jody joined Aon Risk Solutions as a Health and Benefits Account Specialist, where they continued to contribute their expertise in employee benefits management. Most recently, in 2020, Jody joined GIS Benefits, Inc. as a Senior Account Manager. Throughout their career, Jody has consistently demonstrated their ability to provide exceptional service and support to employees and clients in the field of HR and benefits management.
Jody Gilcrist completed their high school education from Powell Senior High School between 1984 and 1988.
