Shanna Harding

Shanna Harding has over 20 years of work experience. Shanna most recently worked at GIS Benefits, Inc. as an Account Manager starting in July 2023. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2023, they worked at McGriff, where they held various roles including Employee Benefits Account Manager, Marketing Analyst, and Client Service Associate. Before joining McGriff, Shanna was employed at Genworth Financial for 15 years. Their roles at Genworth Financial included LTC Internal Wholesaler from 2008 to 2015, LTC Sales Incentive Specialist from 2006 to 2008, LTC Compensation Representative from 2004 to 2006, Support and System Testing Division from 2002 to 2004, and Annuity Service Representative from 2000 to 2002. Throughout their career, Shanna has demonstrated expertise in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Shanna Harding attended ECPI University from 1998 to 2000, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree. Their field of study was Network Administration/Computer Administrative Assistant. In addition to their degree, Shanna has obtained two additional certifications. In 2011, they became Certified in LTC (CLTC) from an institution called "Certified in LTC." Furthermore, in May 2022, Shanna achieved the Group Benefits Disability Specialist certification from the Hartford School of Insurance.
