Carl Cooper is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT services and infrastructure across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Gist Limited since November 2022, Carl previously held multiple leadership roles at Sony DADC, including Head of IT Service Management and Business Analysis, where responsibilities included overseeing IT service delivery and managing operations for both internal and external stakeholders. Carl's expertise spans project management, budget oversight, vendor management, and team development, demonstrated through roles such as Head of IT Infrastructure and Security for the APAC region and Senior Manager for International Infrastructure & IT. Prior experience includes IT operations support at Deluxe Global Media and Disctronics, as well as helpdesk support at West Sussex County Council. Carl furthered education with a course on hybrid working leadership skills from The Open University.
