Rob Masters

Rob Masters has extensive work experience in supply chain management and project management. Rob is currently working as the Head of Warehouse Optimization at Gist - Transforming Supply Chains. Prior to this, they held various roles at Poundland & Dealz, including Head of Supply Chain Transformation, Head of Distribution Development, Development Controller, and Development Manager. Rob also worked as a Project Manager at The Co-operative Group. Earlier in their career, they had roles at Somerfield, where they served as a Project Manager - Distribution, Retail Logistics Project Leader, Business Analyst, and Graduate Management Trainee. Rob began their career at Kwik Save as a Retail Manager, where they gained experience in various operational roles. Throughout their career, Rob has consistently focused on improving performance, managing projects, and aligning supply chain strategies with business goals.

Rob Masters attended Nailsea School from 1993 to 2000. Rob then went on to study at the University of Birmingham from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics & Artificial Intelligence.
