Ricky Xu is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology professional, currently serving as the Founder of GiTalent since March 2016, a leading career agency specializing in TMT, PE, VC, and gaming sectors. Prior to this, Ricky co-founded Architank, a prominent design professional community in China, from March 2015 to March 2016. Ricky's experience also includes serving as Technical Director at Qingting.fm, where leadership was provided to an engineering team and oversight of back-end system architecture was managed from October 2012 to March 2015. Earlier career highlights include a role as Senior Software Engineer at Cisco Systems from May 2007 to September 2012, contributing significantly to the "enterprise intellectual property protection system" and systems design, as well as an earlier position as a Software Engineer.
