Max Moore

Max Moore has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at GITANO since June 2020. Prior to this, Max held the position of General Manager at MADE from July 2017 to March 2020, overseeing multiple food and beverage venues, including Good Behavior, a rooftop bar and event space. Earlier roles include General Manager at Pretty Southern BK from October 2016 to June 2017 and Beverage Manager at The Surf Lodge in Montauk, NY from May 2016 to October 2016. Max began a career in beverage management at Major Food Group, specifically at Dirty French, from July 2015 to March 2016.
