Lee Faus

Lee Faus is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading and mentoring organizations on DevOps, DevSecOps, and automation best practices. Currently serving as Global Field CTO at GitLab since August 2021, Lee focuses on fostering agility and collaboration among Fortune 500 companies through global, remote development teams. As the CTO at Cloud Nine Partners and former Field CTO at Armory.io, Lee has emphasized the importance of open source methodologies in enhancing application development workflows. Lee's previous roles include Platform Solutions Architect at GitHub, where efforts were aimed at establishing GitHub as the premier platform for software development, and Director of Strategic Accounts at Alfresco Software, responsible for technical sales to enterprise clients. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Pittsburgh.
