Lolle Schakel

Lolle Schakel is a seasoned professional in HR research and analytics, currently serving as a Senior HR Research & Analytics Specialist at GITP since January 2022. Prior to this role, Lolle spent over eighteen years at PiCompany, advancing through various positions including Senior HR Research & Analytics Specialist, Teamlead Product Development, Analytics & Innovatie, Manager Research & Product Development, and Principal Consultant. Lolle began the career at Intraval as a research assistant in 1994, followed by an IO Psychologist role at KPN Research. Lolle holds a Ph.D. in Psychology, specializing in Psychometrics & Statistics from the University of Groningen, alongside ongoing education at The Johns Hopkins University since 2013.
