Pauline P. Narvas has a wealth of experience in the tech industry. Pauline began their career in 2008 as the Creator, Blogger and Podcast Host of PAWLEAN, an online space where they documented, reflected and shared their self-development journey. Since then, they have held a variety of roles, including Head of Community at Gitpod, Community Founder at Ladies in DevOps, Ambassador and Instructor at Code First Girls, DevOps Engineer at Sky Betting & Gaming, Site Reliability Engineer at BT, Remote Web Designer and Developer at The University of Sheffield, Communications and Engagement Executive at EMIS Group plc, Operations, Tech Lead and #HackMed18 Organizer at MedTech Sheffield, and Development and Digital Communications Intern at Appt. Throughout their career, they have been a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, and has spoken at numerous tech events, created videos for BT's social media pages, and mentored students to help build their confidence in transition into a role with BT.

Pauline P. Narvas obtained their BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences with Employment Experience from The University of Sheffield between 2014 and 2018. Pauline also obtained a variety of certifications from institutions such as Major League Hacking, CNCF [Cloud Native Computing Foundation], Amazon Web Services (AWS), Leeds City Council, and Code First: Girls between 2016 and 2022. Additionally, they obtained certifications from Lynda.com between 2016 and 2019. Prior to this, they attended Tapton School between 2007 and 2014.
