Caitlin Flynn

Caitlin Flynn has a diverse and extensive work experience in the beauty industry. Caitlin is currently working at Give Back Beauty as the Senior Director of Trade Marketing for North America. Prior to that, they held a position as the Director of US Marketing for Dolce & Gabbana Fragrances at Shiseido.

Caitlin also has a long history of working at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they held several roles including Omnichannel Marketing Lead for La Mer North America, Manager of Marketing for the Estée Lauder Companies Portfolio Group, and Associate in Key Account Management for North America.

Before joining The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Caitlin worked as a Marketing Coordinator at The Solaris Group, LLC.

Caitlin Flynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Hamilton College.
