Krystal Schiffelbein

Krystal Schiffelbein has a long history of experience in the education sector. Krystal began their career in 2014 as a Residential Life Coordinator at Colorado College, where they were responsible for creating a positive, inclusive residential experience for a community of over 300 students. In 2016, they moved to the University of Colorado Colorado Springs as a Coordinator of Clubs, Student Organizations, and Leadership Programming, where they advised students in 170+ clubs and student organizations with membership, event planning, and implementation.

In 2018, Krystal returned to Colorado College as an Assistant Director of Regional Engagement and Assistant Director of Annual Giving. In this role, they directed volunteer engagement for the Central Region, activated and coached college volunteers, and facilitated connections of students, alumni, family, and friends.

Krystal currently works at GiveCampus as an Account Executive and Business Development Representative. Her role is to advance the quality, affordability, and accessibility of education by creating tools for educational fundraisers to engage their community and create positive change.

Krystal Schiffelbein has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from St. Cloud State University, obtained in 2014. Krystal also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Studies; Human Communication Emphasis from the University of Northern Colorado, obtained in 2012. In addition, Krystal has obtained several certifications, including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, a Change Management Foundations from LinkedIn in April 2021, and an Emotional Intelligence Coach from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in July 2018.
