The Role
We are seeking a Partnership Manager to develop and nurture strategic relationships with technology companies and agencies that serve the non-profit sector. This pivotal role isn’t just about managing partnerships - it will empower you to influence our partnerships strategy and make a substantial impact. Your primary objective will be to establish meaningful relationships to build collaboration opportunities, create mutual value, and ultimately drive growth and awareness of Givecloud in the non-profit sector.

What You’ll Do
Identify and Engage Partners: Identify potential partners (e.g., technology partners, resellers, integrations, referral) and initiate partnerships that enhance our market reach and supercharge our product.
Seal the Deal: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners to drive engagement, loyalty, and growth.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop resources and align partnership activities with GTM strategies and campaigns.
Stay Ahead of the Game: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Define partnership KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting on the success and ROI of partnership activities.
What You Bring
5 years experience in partnerships management, business development, sales, or related roles within the SaaS or technology industry.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with external partners.
You've got the gift of strategic vision—spotting opportunities, crafting creative solutions, and making things happen.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with a track record of successfully closing deals and partnerships.
Your communication skills are exceptional—whether you’re delivering a compelling pitch, documenting process, or crafting a masterpiece of an email.
You thrive in a team atmosphere, love to collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to a positive and fun work environment.
A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
