Ezra Mendez

Ezra Mendez is the Director of Operations at GivingData. Prior to joining GivingData, Ezra served as the Director of Operations & People Operations at Achievement First. Before their time at Achievement First, Ezra was the Assistant Manager of Operations and Department Administrator at Stanford University.

Ezra got their start in the corporate world at Convetit Inc., where they served as the Director of Customer Success. From there, they went on to work as a Specialist in Software & Hardware QA for Moravia before taking on the role of Coordinator for Facilities Operations at Brown University.

Ezra’s career in operations began at Vodafone, where they spent six years working their way up from Manager of Operations to HR Generalist. Throughout their career, Ezra has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a knack for streamlining operations to improve efficiency and productivity.

Ezra Mendez has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Grand Canyon University in the field of finance and HR management. Additionally, they have a professional certificate in business analytics from The Wharton School. Furthermore, they have a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in education from Universitat de les Illes Balears as well as two graduate certificates - one in instructional technology and the other in intercultural/multicultural and diversity studies - also from Universitat de les Illes Balears. Finally, they have a Bachelor of Science - B.S. in humanities/humanistic studies from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in philosophy from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo.
