Ofer Pines

Ofer Pines is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in project finance, financial advisory, and operations. Currently serving as a Partner and Deputy Head of Project Finance at Giza Singer Even since August 2017, Ofer has been involved in high-level financial advisory and consulting for large-scale infrastructure, energy, and real estate projects. Responsibilities include forming tenders, building business plans, and developing complex financial models. Prior experience includes serving as an Intelligence and Operations Agent at the Israel Ministry of Defense, where Ofer demonstrated strong decision-making skills in both independent and team settings. Ofer holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Summa Cum Laude, from The Open University of Israel.
