Sarah Eltawansy

Sarah Eltawansy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, sustainability, and organizational change. Currently serving as the Group Strategy and Sustainability Director at Giza Systems since May 2023, Sarah previously held leadership positions at the Agricultural Bank of Egypt, where roles included Sector Head for Strategy and Sustainability as well as Strategy and Digitization. Prior to that, Sarah worked as an Organizational Change Manager at CGI and as a Principal Advisor for Operational Excellence at Export Development Canada, providing executive coaching and strategic guidance. With a robust background at IBM, Sarah contributed significantly to process improvement and led initiatives for CMMI Level 5 accreditation across multiple delivery centers globally. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Ain Shams University and is a certified Integral Professional Coach from Integral Coaching Canada.
