Siri Langangen

Siri Langangen currently serves as EVP/Konserndirektør for People & Communication at Gjensidige, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Siri was Senior Vice President HR (CHRO) at Statkraft from August 2019 to July 2023. With a robust background in human resources, Siri's experience at DNB from May 2008 to August 2019 included leadership roles in Learning and Development, overseeing corporate initiatives such as performance development and internal reskilling. Earlier roles included positions at Manpower Professional and Alcatel Telecom, where responsibilities ranged from recruitment to account and finance management. Siri holds a Master in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School and additional master's degrees in strategic business understanding and coaching education from NHH and CTI, respectively.
