Lauren (Hunter) Camuso has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Lauren began their career at Drexel University in 2003 as an HR Representative. Lauren later joined Aramark in 2004, where they held various roles, including HR Representative, Training Coordinator, HR Manager, and Regional HR Director. At Aramark, they partnered with management teams to develop and deliver HR programs focused on talent development and retention. In 2013, they joined Thomson Reuters as a Senior HR Business Partner, responsible for providing HR solutions to the Scientific and Scholarly Research Business. Lauren then moved on to Clarivate Analytics in 2016, where they served as a Senior HR Business Partner and later as VP of HR for the Commercial organization. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of HR Business Partners at Reliance Matrix, leading a team of HRBPs and providing strategic support to the business. Throughout their career, Lauren has been a key contributor to talent strategies, change management activities, and HR leadership teams.
Lauren (Hunter) Camuso earned their MBA in Management from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Scranton between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, Lauren has obtained several certifications, including Hogan Assessments Certification from Hogan Assessments in 2023, Skills for Inclusive Conversations and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in 2020, and Women's Leadership Series from Temple University Non-Credit and Continuing Education in 2020.
