Bianca Brown

Bianca Brown is a seasoned professional in product development and global sourcing, currently serving as the Product Development Manager for GK & Omni Cheer at Elite Sportswear, LP since July 2021. In this role, Bianca leads the product development process, collaborating with various cross-functional partners to ensure quality, aesthetics, and cost targets are met. Previously, Bianca managed the product development for GK Gymnastics and held the position of Sourcing Specialist at Elite Sportswear, where responsibilities included managing vendor relationships and enhancing sourcing strategies. Bianca's experience also includes serving as Associate Manager in Global Sourcing for The Children's Place, overseeing production across 10 countries, and in production operations for Ralph Lauren. Bianca holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Penn State University.
