Mike Isaac, MEM has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as a UH-1Y Crew Chief in the United States Marine Corps. After serving in the Marines until 2014, they moved on to work as an Engineering Technician at TMI Climate Solutions from May 2016 to December 2017. Mike then transitioned into the role of a Project Engineer at TMI Climate Solutions from December 2017 to April 2018. Mike advanced to become an Applications Engineering Supervisor at TMI Climate Solutions from April 2018 to March 2020. In 2020, they joined Legend Valve as a Senior Technical Advisor from March 2020 to September 2021. Mike then worked at Flex Air as an Application Engineer from September 2021 to October 2022, and subsequently as an Application Engineering Supervisor from October 2022 to March 2023. Currently, Mike is working as a Mechanical Engineer at Kais-AIR - Healthcare Division in Gallagher-Kaiser Corporation.
Mike Isaac has a diverse education history. Mike attended Michigan Technological University from 2004 to 2005, where they studied Engineering and Physics, but did not earn a degree. From 2006 to 2008, they attended Grand Valley State University, focusing on Biology and Education but did not complete a degree. Mike later pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Flint, graduating in 2017. Mike Isaac further pursued their education at Vanderbilt University, where they obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering/Industrial Management between 2020 and 2022.
