Tom Luijks

Tom Luijks is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at GKN Aerospace since September 2021. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Project Manager at ADW Plan & Project from September 2017 to September 2021, overseeing various projects for machine factories and engineering firms. Tom's extensive career in the sail industry includes positions as Area Sales Manager for Benelux and Sail Design Engineer at North Sails from December 1996 to August 2017, along with sail design roles at North Diamond Sailmakers and Diamond Sailmakers in the mid-1990s. Tom holds a HAVO degree from Pius X College Bladel and attended Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven for additional education from 1984 to 1988.
