Lucía Presas

Lucía Presas is a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in recruiting IT professionals within the Banking and Financial sectors. Currently at G&L Group since October 2023, Lucía focuses on talent acquisition strategies for technology roles. Previous experience includes a position at Grupo Abans from July 2022 to October 2023, overseeing end-to-end selection processes for both technology and conventional profiles while collaborating with clients on recruitment needs. Lucía also held a role at Switch IT from September 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included candidate sourcing, pre-selection, interviews, and negotiation.
