Sofia Zibecchi

Sofia Zibecchi is an experienced Scrum Master with a robust background in project management and software development, currently working at G &L Group since July 2021 for the Macro BMA Bank client, leading the CRM Cockpit squad and Enterprise Business Channels teams. Previously, Sofia held various Scrum Master roles for clients such as Itau Unibanco and SuperDigital, utilizing tools like Microsoft Azure and JIRA, and engaging in cross-country collaboration to enhance product development. Other notable experience includes serving as a Scrum Master/PM at ASI Information Systems Agency, managing applications and projects for the Buenos Aires Government, and teaching at both high school and university levels.
