Arthur Aung

Arthur Aung (he/him) joins GLAAD as the Sr. Staff Accountant in the Finance team. Born and raised in Yangon, Myanmar (aka Burma), Arthur received his bachelor's degree in Accountancy in 2012 from Baruch College. Prior to joining GLAAD, Arthur was a Staff Accountant at Happy Socks, Dylan's Candy Bar, and Lambda Legal. As the Sr. Staff Accountant, he hopes to contribute his skills and experiences in a non-profit to give back to the community. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming, hiking, and volunteering for fundraising events.
