Tamara Niedzolkowski

Tamara Niedzolkowski, M.A., is the founder and consultant at Refreshdental Innovative Practice Growth Solutions since May 2017, specializing in dental practice consulting that encompasses team building, leadership development, and strategic online marketing. Previously, Tamara served as an organizational development and leadership coach at Hayden Education, utilizing an action-oriented approach to facilitate organizational problem-solving. Additional experience includes marketing branding consultancy at Glacial Multimedia, where Tamara focused on effective practice branding, and project management as the Library Director at Rollinsford Public Library, where Tamara oversaw the establishment of a new library. Earlier roles include co-director at Three Rivers Education Cooperative and independent business owner at Blackberry Hollow, as well as a writing instructor at the University of New Hampshire. Tamara holds a Master of Arts in Writing from the University of New Hampshire.
