Christine Walsh Rogers

Christine Walsh Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Christine recently joined Glacier Bancorp, Inc. as the VP, Senior Product Manager-Retail. Prior to that, they worked at First Fed as the First Vice President, Product Strategy Leader. Christine also has experience as a Pro Bono Consultant at the Taproot Foundation and as the First Vice President, Consumer Loan Administration at HomeStreet Bank. Christine held the role of AVP, Corporate Development at TAPCO Credit Union and was also the Managing Director, Principal Consultant at C2C Catalyst. Earlier in their career, Christine worked at WaMu in various roles, including VP, Group Product Manager and AVP, Consumer Lending Policy and Procedure Manager. Christine also gained experience at US Bank as a Personal Banker and at Chemical Bank as a Select Banking Manager. Throughout their career, Christine has demonstrated expertise in product management, strategy leadership, marketing, and business consulting.

Christine Walsh Rogers has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing Management and Banking and Finance from Adelphi University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1991. Christine also completed a General Banking program in Banking and Economics at the American Institute of Banking from 1986 to 1988. In 2003 to 2004, they earned a Certificate from the Visa Business School in Visa General Business. Additionally, they obtained an Academic Regents Diploma from Mepham HS in 1983. Christine has also completed various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Articulating Your Value," "Critical Thinking for More Effective Communication," "How to Set Goals When Everything Feels Like a Priority," "Difficult Conversations: Talking about Race at Work," "Developing Executive Presence," "Communicating Across Cultures," "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," and "Unconscious Bias."
