Dana Evans

Dana Evans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and Compensation at Glacier Bancorp, Inc. since February 2017, Dana has a proven track record in strategic HR leadership. Previous roles include Project Lead for the PeopleSoft TAM & Candidate Gateway implementation and Regional Director of Human Resources at Delaware North Companies, where Dana contributed to corporate planning and staffing strategies. As Director of Human Resources at both Whitefish Mountain Resort and Glacier Park, Inc., Dana developed effective recruitment strategies and compensation programs. Dana holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Montana.
