Mark Palmer

Mark Palmer has extensive work experience in risk management and enterprise risk assessment. Mark has held various leadership roles in prominent financial institutions such as Glacier Bancorp, LendingClub, USAA, Capital One, and American Express. Throughout their career, Mark has been responsible for developing and implementing risk assessment methodologies, overseeing risk management programs, and enhancing operational risk practices. Mark has also led initiatives in risk identification, risk appetite, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) infrastructure. Mark has a proven track record of improving risk management performance, resolving audit findings and regulatory issues, and driving a proactive risk culture within organizations.

Mark Palmer has an MBA degree from Harvard Business School. Mark also obtained a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Utah. Additionally, they have completed French Studies/Certificate from Université de Neuchâtel.
