Derrick Mead

Derrick Mead is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and recruitment. Currently serving as Director at Glades Talent since May 2023, Derrick has held various roles including Account Manager and Executive Recruiter. Prior to this, Derrick worked at FedEx Ground as a Senior Employee Engagement Manager from March 2021 to April 2023. Derrick's career began in the U.S. Army, where positions included Corporate Talent Manager, Regional Talent Manager, and District Talent Manager at the U.S. Army Recruiting Command from October 2014 to March 2021, culminating a long tenure with the US Army as a Sniper from February 2001 to October 2014.
