Jeffrey Leung

Jeffrey Leung is a Software Engineer with experience in generative AI at Gladly since April 2023. Previously, Jeffrey worked at Khoros from May 2019 to November 2022, contributing to the platform team by implementing and maintaining microservices for social media content management, and on the automation/bots team for sentiment analysis and language detection. At Visa, from June 2018 to April 2019, Jeffrey implemented multithreaded data migration services and assisted in the development of a new billing system. Jeffrey also completed internships at HomeAway.com, UT Austin Libraries IT Department, Blackbaud, and Kalkomey Enterprises, gaining experience in data pipelines, web app development, and microservices. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 2018.
