Karl Rehfuss

Karl Rehfuss is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in account management and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Mid Market Account Executive at Gladly since May 2022, Karl previously held multiple roles at Zendesk, including eSMB Account Executive and State & Local Government Business Development Representative. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Giraffe English, where Karl managed business development and recruitment projects, and as an ESL Teacher. Karl also has a background in security at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and youth program support at Southside Village Boys & Girls Club. Karl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology of Law and Criminal Deviance from the University of Minnesota.
