Lisa Pansini

Lisa Pansini is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in segment marketing and account-based marketing (ABM). Currently serving as the Segment Marketing Manager at Gladly since September 2024, Lisa previously held the position of Marketing Programs & ABM Manager at Bandwidth Inc. from February 2022 to September 2024, where responsibilities included developing and optimizing targeted marketing programs. Lisa's earlier tenure at Rocket Matter spanned nearly nine years, culminating as the Director of Marketing, overseeing significant transitions in marketing automation and brand consistency across various channels. Additional experience includes creative roles at Apple, focusing on personalized training and onboarding, and serving as a Graphic Design Artist in Residence at Dreyfoos School of the Arts, promoting graphic design education. Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Art Teacher Education from Boston University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design/Art History from the University of Miami.
